About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at AIS Web Technologies. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective technical support to resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, using technical manuals, guides, and other resources as needed.
  • User Training: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use our systems and applications, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of problems and solutions, ensuring that this information is available to other technical support analysts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts and teams to ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior technical support analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in the role.
  • System Administration: Provide technical support for business systems, network, and Internet connectivity, ensuring that our users have access to the resources they need to perform their tasks.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and configure computer equipment, including hardware and software, to ensure that it is functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backups and recovery operations for our web servers, ensuring that our data is secure and available when needed.
About You
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
