We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Rewind. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to understand our target audience, their needs, and preferences.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze our competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
- Product Positioning: Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning, messaging, and content that resonates with our target audience.
- Buyer Journey: Understand and document our buyer's journey, including where they get information, and the who, what, when, and why behind their purchasing decisions.
- Marketing Programs: Develop marketing programs for our products, including key activities and budgets to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Launch Planning: Plan and execute the launches of new products, features, and releases of existing products.
- Thought Leadership: Act as the primary thought leader for our products externally, including speaking engagements and written works.
- Sales Support: Understand and support our sales channels, training them on the problems we solve for our customers and users.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical Background: Strong technical background and understanding, with a development degree or proven experience working with technical teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Customer-Centric: Customer-centric with experience speaking directly with customers.
- Entrepreneurial Environment: Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
