Job Title: Business Analyst

Foiclon is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business analysis to identify business problems and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Lead and conduct business analysis to assess client business problems/opportunities
  • Develop and prepare technical specifications and documentation for implementation, testing, and performance
  • Research, assess, and evaluate client needs to identify possible methodologies and technologies for user application
  • Make recommendations regarding the potential application of new technologies, trends, methodologies, and concepts to satisfy business and customer short and long-term technology requirements
  • Strong analytical skills to derive meaningful insights and support decision-making
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in Business Analysis
  • 2 years of experience in coordinating
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in the use of information retrieval packages
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices
  • Ability to translate business and data requirements into specifications sufficient for designing appropriate technology solutions
  • Experience with a wide range of methods, tools, and techniques for business analysis, such as business functional modeling, business event modeling, business process mapping
