We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Marble Restaurants Ltd.
Job Summary:The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and passionate chef to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the culinary team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain our culinary standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience as a chef or in a related role.
- Proven track record of leading a culinary team and driving sales growth.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
