About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Development to join our team at Planned Parenthood Great Rivers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our development efforts to secure funding and resources to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy to achieve fundraising goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners
  • Lead a team of development professionals to achieve fundraising targets
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement organizational strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on local and national health care trends and developments to inform fundraising strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university
  • Minimum of five years of administrative experience in development, management, community/public health, education, or social welfare services
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proven track record of fundraising success and leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
