Occupational Therapist - Home Care Assessment

pt Health's Home and Community Care division is seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists to conduct Independent Living Services (ILS) assessments. These assessments will take place in the homes of individuals recovering from injuries. This position offers a flexible, part-time opportunity based on client referrals.

The assessments you will be responsible for include:


• Personal Care Evaluations


• Home Safety Evaluations


• Home Accessibility Evaluations


• Mobility Assessments A and B

To qualify, you must be an Occupational Therapist in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists and possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. Additionally, to conduct mobility assessments, you must be an Assistive Devices Authorizer (ADP Authorizer).
