Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our residential facilities. This role is essential in ensuring that our apartment and condominium complexes are maintained to the highest standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Work Environment

The position requires working in various weather conditions, ensuring that all aspects of the property are managed effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to eliminate debris and refuse from the premises.
  • Regularly empty waste containers and maintain cleanliness throughout the property.
  • Wash and maintain windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Conduct minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and liaise with tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Coordinate with contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Perform minor appliance repairs as needed.
  • Execute safety and security inspections.
  • Assist in moving heavy furniture and equipment.
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repairs.
  • Ensure bathrooms and fixtures are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Equipment Used

Familiarity with industrial vacuum cleaners and power sweepers is required.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage repetitive tasks.
  • Physical capability to bend, crouch, and kneel as necessary.
