This position is based in a restaurant setting, requiring the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
- Manage scheduling and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages accurately.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Compile and maintain data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
- Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Familiarity with business terminology.
- Experience in human resources is preferred.
- Prior experience in the food industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
