  • Staff Development: Hire and train new staff members, teaching them job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring our hotel has everything needed to provide excellent service.
Support for Diverse Groups:
  • Mentorship: Offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities with experienced employees, promoting career growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
