About the Opportunity

goeasy Ltd. is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the Sales and Customer Service Departments in our Call Centers located in Mississauga, Ontario, and Montreal, Quebec. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic guidance and vision to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of senior managers, team managers, and staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, processes, and procedures
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure profitable operations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management or director-level position, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems and other relevant tools and technologies
