We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Resource Consultant to join our team at AMA - Alberta Motor Association. As a key member of our Education and Learning department, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering learning experiences that support our corporate strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver learning experiences using current adult learning principles, ensuring corporate strategic priorities are supported.
- Facilitate learning programs and operational initiatives, achieving high attendee satisfaction across all levels of the Association.
- Consult with leaders across the Association to effectively translate identified strategies and plans into learning opportunities.
- Remain up-to-date on industry trends, developments, best practices, and emerging concepts in the field of adult learning.
- Provide input and ongoing support for the implementation of the long-term strategy for learning at AMA.
- Coach and guide Learning Resource Consultants in facilitation and instructional design.
- Provide guidance to all training roles across AMA learning to ensure all programs align with our culture and strategies to deliver a consistent member and employee experience.
- Contribute to the development of metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and solutions to scorecard results.
- Bachelor's degree in adult education, human resource management, or equivalent combination of education or experience.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in a senior level learning role, combined with a minimum 5 years' experience developing and delivering online learning or leadership-based courses.
- Professional association membership and/or related advanced certification.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and project management skills.
- Experience working in positions that required strong multi-tasking skills, a high level of organization, and an eye for detail.
