We're seeking a Senior Learning Resource Consultant to join our team at the Alberta Motor Association. As a key member of our Education and Learning department, you will be responsible for consulting with leaders across the organization to effectively translate identified strategies and plans into learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering learning experiences using current adult learning principles, while ensuring corporate strategic priorities are supported.
  • Facilitating learning programs and operational initiatives, with high attendee satisfaction, to all levels of the Association.
  • Consulting with leaders across the Association to effectively translate identified strategies and plans into learning opportunities.
  • Remaining up-to-date on industry trends, developments, best practices and emerging concepts in the field of adult learning.
  • Providing input and ongoing support for the implementation of the long-term strategy for learning at AMA.
  • Coaching and guiding Learning Resource Consultants in facilitation and instructional design.
  • Providing guidance to all training roles across AMA learning to ensure all programs align with our culture and strategies to deliver a consistent member and employee experience.
  • Contributing to the development of metrics and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and solutions to scorecard results.
