Svante is a rapidly growing clean energy technology company making commercial-scale carbon capture and removal a reality. We're seeking a skilled Manufacturing Controls Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine and improve existing manufacturing processes and develop new automation equipment and assembly lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring components from design to full production.
  • Play a critical role in creating world-class, high-volume manufacturing plants for Svante.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or Electrical/Controls Engineering.
  • Minimum + years of experience as a hands-on Controls Engineer or Applications Engineer.
  • Experience with PLC Programming (Allen Bradley preferred), HMI, and RSLOGIX software.
  • Experience with data collection and visualization software (Ignition).
  • Experience with vision and sensing systems (Cognex, Keyence).
Bonus Requirements
  • Experience programming robots (Fanuc, Kuka, Cobots).
  • Experience using data-driven approaches (supervised machine learning) for optimizing sequential, process, discrete, drive, or motion control.
