About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Medical Billing Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our medical billing function.
Reporting to the Vice-President of Medical Billing Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plans for medical billing operations that are aligned with organizational goals. You will also collaborate with executive leadership to provide insights, recommendations, and updates on performance.
As a leader, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, providing professional development opportunities for team members, and conducting regular performance assessments and setting clear performance expectations.
You will also drive a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and develop and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
Additionally, you will oversee and optimize medical billing processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, and identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall operational performance.
Your ProfileWe are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record of effectively leading teams and achieving performance targets. You should have a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in customer operations, with a background in medical billing operations being a strong asset.
You should also have exceptional leadership and people management skills, strong analytical and planning abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
A client-focused approach with a keen understanding of customer needs is essential, as well as the ability to adapt easily and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of medical billing processes and regulations is an asset, and proficiency in both English and French (spoken, written, and read) is required.
