Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the financial and commercial health of the franchise network
  • Identify and assess financial risks and improvement opportunities across the franchise network
  • Analyze and report on franchisee financial information, identifying ways to reduce costs, increase margins, and improve ROI
  • Maintain and grow relationships with financial institutions and support the management of franchisee debt
  • Support the Senior Manager, FP&A with reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis
  • Coach and guide stakeholders on COBS Bread commercial management policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in business partnership or retail industry
  • Strong desire to work with people and build relationships
  • Adept in financial and business acumen, with ability to influence sound commercial outcomes
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, banking, and funding requirements in a franchise, retail, or multi-site environment
  • A post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Ability to problem solve, identify and manage risks, and enhance efficiencies
  • High attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong skills in MS Office, including Excel
