About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster to join our team at Xpera. As a Property Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for adjusting claims while ensuring that business development opportunities are maximized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adjusting claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Marketing and follow-up of opportunities
- Collaborating with senior executives and business development staff
- Compensated for billable hours and other costs
- Flex-benefit plan with customizable coverage
- Reimbursed for continuous education fees
- Workload balanced to ensure high-quality level
Requirements:
- Experience in Property Claims
- University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- Adjuster's license, or currently pursuing CIP designation
- Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered
- Ongoing commitment to education and learning
