About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Park's Motor Group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Honda branch in Hamilton.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Use our systems and databases to identify and present suitable vehicle options to customers.
  3. Work closely with our Product Genius to ensure customers have all the information they need to make an informed decision.
  4. Assist customers with the sales process, including completing paperwork and arranging test drives.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to keep them informed about the progress of their order.
  6. Conduct pre-delivery inspections and deliver exceptional handover experiences to customers.
  7. Contribute to achieving sales targets as part of our dealership team.
Requirements
  1. 3 years of previous sales experience in the motor trade.
  2. Confident and engaging communication skills.
  3. Self-motivated and driven for success.
  4. Ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
  5. Deliver outstanding customer service.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Team player with a positive attitude.
  8. Honesty and integrity.
  9. Competent IT skills.
  10. Full Driver's License.
