Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Merchandising Leadership
    • Lead the visual merchandising team to create and implement visually appealing store displays and window displays that drive sales and customer engagement.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of adidas' brand identity and visual merchandising standards.
  • Display Creation and Maintenance
    • Create and maintain visually appealing displays and window displays that showcase adidas products and drive sales.
    • Work closely with the buying team to ensure that displays are aligned with product offerings and sales goals.
  • Visual Merchandising Strategies
    • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
    • Conduct regular visual merchandising audits to ensure that stores are meeting visual merchandising standards.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of visual merchandising associates to ensure that they are meeting visual merchandising standards and sales goals.
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • 3-6 months of retail experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent visual merchandising skills and knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
