Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

Ultrafit Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans
  • Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
Requirements:
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
