We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Project Manager to join our team at Fraser Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects and change initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic project and change management plans to support key operational priorities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project planning, procurement, evaluation, design, development, coordination, and implementation
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery and sustained outcomes
- Develop and implement effective project management tools and methodologies to achieve improved performance
- Provide strategic support to project and operations leaders on complex multi-stakeholder, multi-disciplinary projects and change initiatives
- Facilitate the development and promotion of standardized organizational project and change management processes, tools, and training initiatives
- Masters degree in a clinical health science discipline, plus seven years of clinical project and change management planning experience in complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) and/or Change Management (PROCI) is a preferred asset
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to execute strategy across large complex organizations
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to motivate and influence leaders
- Advanced skills in critical thinking, complex problem solving, planning, project management, change management, and group processes
