Senior Manager

Baker Tilly is seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to join our tax practice in Toronto or Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will play a lead role in managing tax engagements and contributing to the growth of the firm and our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Transfer Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement transfer pricing policies that align with the business objectives of multinational clients while ensuring compliance with Canadian and international regulations.
- Transfer Pricing Compliance: Oversee the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, including local files, master files, and country-by-country reports, to support compliance with Canadian and international regulations.
- Intercompany Transactions: Evaluate the arm's length nature of intercompany transactions, including tangible goods, intangible property, services, and financing arrangements.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess transfer pricing risks associated with intercompany transactions, including potential exposure to tax adjustments, penalties, and double taxation.
- Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to multinational clients, providing expert guidance on transfer pricing matters and supporting their global tax planning efforts.
