Job Summary

As a Reminiscence/Memory Care Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to lead our reminiscence neighborhood and promote excellence in resident care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs) to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Lead and manage the reminiscence neighborhood, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for residents.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure open and transparent communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as gerontology, social work, or nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior care setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
