Position Overview

As a Financial Record Specialist at STYLISH DOORS LTD., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. Your expertise in bookkeeping will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with established standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software.
Security Requirements
  • Must pass a criminal record check.
Personal Attributes
  • Demonstrates high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exhibits reliability and a strong work ethic.
