  • Transportation of Goods: Load and unload goods from trucks, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Permit and Documentation: Obtain necessary permits and documents to transport cargo on international routes.
  • Vehicle Operation: Operate straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain vehicle condition, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage equipment.
  • Communication: Relay information to central dispatch and receive updates on cargo and transportation status.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English or French language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 60 hours per week.
