Join Our Team as an Adult Community Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Adult Community Psychiatrist to join our team at Alberta Health Services. As a key member of our Mental Health department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in our community.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires recent and relevant experience in all scopes of practice. You will be responsible for supporting community/rural clinics in the Central Zone, Addiction & Mental Health via in-person outpatient clinics, telehealth, and other virtual care means.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients in our community
  • Support community/rural clinics in the Central Zone, Addiction & Mental Health
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in psychiatry
