Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at 1394373 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities
    • Direct and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
    • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet the needs of our facilities.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities
    • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
    • Identify and address any maintenance or repair issues that may impact our cleaning operations.
  • Manage Resources and Budget
    • Oversee the procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
    • Manage the cleaning budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain relationships with our clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
    • Communicate effectively with our cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and support.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
