Job Title: Release Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Release Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a Release Manager, you will be responsible for managing the release management delivery life cycle, with a focus on implementations, technical discussions, and deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the release management delivery life cycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful releases
  • Develop and maintain release plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases
Requirements:
  • Experience with Release Management (or Project Management with a Software Development background)
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience running meetings
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Strong Microsoft 365 experience, especially Excel and Project
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
  • ServiceNow experience
  • Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., banking)
  • Experience with Confluence and SharePoint
