About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Canada Gas Station. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is clean, well-maintained, and meets health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
