About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 2D Animator to join our team at QDStaff. As a key member of our mobile gaming studio, you will be responsible for creating engaging and immersive 2D animations for our mobile games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality 2D animations for mobile games, including characters, effects, and UI elements.
  • Collaborate with the illustration team to bring concepts to life and ensure consistency across the game.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure animations are optimized for performance and meet the game's technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the game's art style and ensure all animations align with the overall aesthetic.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in 2D animation and apply this knowledge to improve our game's visuals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in 2D animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with Spine or rigging software.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
