Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our team at CRH Canada - Cement ON. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to meet specific training needs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content
  • Coordinate logistics for training activities, including venues and equipment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
  • Assess training needs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement onboarding and early development programs for new employees
  • Partner with plant management and HR to maintain accurate training records
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years - bachelors degree in engineering, training, or related technical fields
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Industrial plant operations and maintenance with significant experience in mechanical, electrical, process, and control systems and related fields
  • Experience with adult instruction and learning principles along with experience in training and instruction
