Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operational functions, managing financial information, and guiding departmental staff.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and direct all accounting operational functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage the accumulation and consolidation of financial information for internal and external financial statements.
- Assess accounting and internal control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Guide departmental staff to achieve financial goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
- Manage daily cash and prepare cash-flow reports to project cash needs.
- Lead the operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, billings, and collections.
- Work closely with the executive team to ensure efficient and successful firm-wide operation.
- CPA certification required.
- Progressive accounting experience, including as a Manager Financial Reporting or Controller.
- Strong hands-on monthly financial reporting experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding technology, analytics, and management experience required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
