Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Analyze user requirements and design and develop system architecture and specifications.
- Research and Development: Conduct design verification simulations and prototype bench tests of components.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of engineers, technologists, technicians, and drafters in the design and development of computer and telecommunications hardware.
- Quality Assurance: Supervise, inspect, and provide design support during the manufacturing, installation, and implementation of computer and telecommunications hardware.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, ability to distinguish between colors, sound discrimination, sitting, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, physically demanding.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, initiative, judgement, organized, team player.
