Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support for assigned programs and projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and provide organization support for assigned programs and projects, including new employee clinical orientation, clinical professional development, and education technology strategy.
  • Function as the central point of contact for assigned programs and projects, receiving and responding to related queries, preparing and distributing communications, and liaising with internal and external contacts.
  • Assist in the evaluation of assigned programs and projects, coordinating participation and evaluation information, conducting preliminary analysis, and generating summaries.
  • Catalogue written and electronic records, coordinating and maintaining processes for receiving, reviewing, processing, tracking, filing, cataloguing, and retrieving materials, resources, and records.
  • Establish and maintain databases and records, including those related to sensitive student and Fraser Health employee data, and promote the use of related databases at Fraser Health.
  • Organize and coordinate the activities and workflow within assigned programs and projects, developing and implementing work methods and procedures that support the objectives of the programs and projects.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from a diploma program in administration, project management, adult education, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years recent, related experience in an education, business, or healthcare environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
