Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and engage with prospective students through various channels, including warm calling, student interviews, information sessions, and booking appointments for admissions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering guidance on program options, admissions procedures, and financial assistance services.
  • Assist prospective students in exploring their career goals and identifying suitable programs that align with their interests and skills.
  • Exceed admission enrollment sales quotas set by the College by leveraging your sales skills and knowledge of our programs.
  • Develop and maintain a database of student information, telephone logs, and student feedback to generate student reports for management.
  • Participate in recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits, and off-campus events to promote our programs and services.
Requirements:
  • A results-driven self-starter with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Advanced knowledge of admissions processes within a post-secondary environment, including admission criteria, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
