Job Summary

This role is responsible for executing project management tasks to support the Defence & Security business unit in delivering post-delivery projects, services, spares, and repairs. The successful candidate will lead business measurements analysis and reporting, providing recommendations to stakeholders to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute project management processes to support stakeholders in decision-making, planning, controlling, and monitoring project activities.
  • Lead project authorization processes with finance and liaise with Project Management and Finance to set up warranty projects and budget.
  • Execute project initiation, setup, and closure, and support resolution of complex project activities.
  • Prepare Notice of Visit (NOV), customer meeting logistics, and commercial invoices for ad hoc shipments.
  • Maintain SharePoint and support export control processes and payment reporting to the Export Control Group.
  • Execute project and portfolio business financials cycles, providing reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Perform monthly financial reviews, analysis with management, and create annual and monthly forecasting reports on spares, repairs, and services.
  • Develop measurements and analysis methodologies, key financial and performance indicators, and report key financial and performance indicators.
  • Liaise with PMO analysts and Finance groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent or college degree with 8-12 years of related experience.
  • Results-driven, invest time on task-adding value, and is financially conscious when delivering results.
  • Show resilience when facing obstacles.
  • Customer-client focus.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to partner with and influence individuals.
  • Capable of working on multiple projects with little guidance.
  • Good organizational skills, accuracy, and precision, attention to details.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and actions to people within the organization.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
