We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Southern Health-Santé Sud in Notre Dame de Lourdes. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative interdisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities- Apply the nursing process to support clients/residents/patients in achieving and maintaining their optimum level of health.
- Work to full scope of practice, engaging in ongoing education and maintaining competency congruent with Southern Health-Santé Sud policies and professional standards.
- Exercise independent judgment in determining work priorities, work methods, and action to be taken on unusual matters.
- Proficiency in both official languages (English/French) is essential.
- Current active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Knowledge of Professional Standards of Practice, Competency Profile for Licensed Practical Nurses in Manitoba, and Code of Ethics.
