About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Handler to join our team at 1688903 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Shipping Methods

Research and select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods for our goods, taking into account factors such as weight, size, and destination.

Schedule Distribution

Plan and coordinate the distribution of goods to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Manage Inventory

Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date.

Prepare Shipping Documents

Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.

Inspect and Verify Goods

Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of incoming goods, ensuring that they meet our quality standards.

Maintain Records

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.

Resolve Issues

Identify and resolve any issues related to inventory, shipping, or other warehouse operations, working closely with our team to find solutions.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

Experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is an asset

Language

Fluency in English is required

Work Hours

35 hours per week
