**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner to join our team at Sonova. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, conducting hearing loss evaluations, and recommending the best-fit solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide client counselling, product education, and recommendation to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct hearing loss evaluations for new clients and recommend the most suitable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure a high level of client retention.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, physicians, team members, and third-party payees to ensure seamless client care.
  • Make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing exceptional care and support.
