Maintenance Labourer Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and physically demanding Maintenance Labourer to join our team at Clintar Landscape Management. As a Maintenance Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our public grounds, including sidewalks, streets, roads, and buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain public grounds, including sidewalks, streets, roads, and buildings
  • Operate jackhammers and drills to break up pavement
  • Assist skilled tradespersons with various tasks
  • Sweep debris and remove snow from streets, sidewalks, building grounds, and other areas
  • Load snow and debris into carts or trucks
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary equipment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent client service
