At PHSA, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ambulance Readiness Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the readiness and maintenance of our ambulances and medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sanitize and process critical medical equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and meets regulatory standards.
  • Restock supplies on ambulances, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are available for emergency responses.
  • Perform and document vehicle checks, ensuring that all ambulances are in good working condition and meet regulatory standards.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring that all goods are delivered as per specifications and meet regulatory standards.
  • Identify and report any issues or discrepancies with medical equipment or supplies, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Grade 10 or equivalent education and experience.
  • Valid Class 5 vehicle license.
  • Previous experience working with cleaning equipment, tools, and protocols, including deep cleaning and decontamination.
  • Ability to communicate and deal effectively with others.
  • Ability to operate related equipment.
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
