About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team at Oakridge Landscape Contractors. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks on various landscaping projects, including lawn mowing, trimming, and edging.
  • Operate a range of equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and edgers, to ensure high-quality results.
  • Remove weeds, litter, and debris from planting areas, driveways, and parking lots.
  • Trim and prune shrubs and trees as required to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Plant flowers and plants as needed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties.
  • Communicate effectively with the foreperson, superintendents, and other crew members to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • 1 year of industry experience is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid G driver's license.
  • Knowledge of proper mowing, trimming, edging, and weed removal techniques is an asset.
  • Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions.
