About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team at Oakridge Landscape Contractors. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing daily maintenance tasks, ensuring the highest standard of quality in our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate lawn mowers and other equipment to maintain lawns and outdoor spaces.
  • Remove weeds, litter, and grass clippings from hard surfaces and planting areas.
  • Trim shrubs and trees as required, and plant flowers and plants when needed.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly stored, greased, and fueled.
  • Communicate effectively with the foreperson, superintendents, and other crew members.
Requirements
  • 1 year of industry experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid G driver's license.
  • Knowledge of proper mowing, trimming, edging, and weed removal techniques.
  • Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions.
