Position Overview

Qualifications

Financial Oversight

The role includes budgetary responsibilities exceeding $8,000,001.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate projects and programs to the purchasing and warehouse teams across the organization.
  • Coordinate the activities of personnel involved in the procurement, sales, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assess daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Plan and manage budgets and expenditures.
  • Organize and oversee daily operational activities.
  • Review purchase order claims and contracts for compliance with company policies.
  • Recruit, train, guide, and inspire staff members.
  • Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods and services.
  • Authorize the creation of specifications for products or services.
  • Manage contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Supervise the analysis of data and information.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management.
Team Leadership

Supervise a team of 5-10 individuals.
