Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Assistant to join our team at AVILION METALCRAFT LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the fabrication of metal products, ensuring high-quality finishes and meeting production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from metal products.
  • Immerse metal products in cleaning solutions to achieve optimal cleaning results.
  • Assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators, or other metal workers in various tasks.
  • Sort and organize metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools to achieve precise results.
  • Clean machines and work areas to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Load and unload vehicles to facilitate the transportation of materials and products.
  • Polish metal products to achieve a mirror finish, ensuring high-quality finishes.
  • Read and interpret work orders to understand production requirements and deadlines.
Work Environment

As a Metal Fabrication Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements

Working Conditions

Education and Experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
