Job Summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Regional Video Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the video security solutions market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Avigilon Channel Partners, providing education and support to help them succeed in selling Avigilon solutions.
  • Work closely with Avigilon Channel Partners to ensure they have the necessary training and resources to deploy Avigilon solutions effectively.
  • Support the sales efforts of Motorola Solutions' video sales and access control activities in the assigned territory, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Sales Executives and Business Development Managers to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Track and analyze sales activity using lead and project tracking software databases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in video security and access control solutions sales.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Fluency in English and French (bilingualism is an asset).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Avigilon solutions and products.
  • Knowledge of the video security solutions market and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of sales success and achievement in developing and executing sales strategies.
