About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rubber Processing Machine Operator to join our team at Soucy Baron. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the processing of rubber materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate machinery for mixing, calendering, extruding, moulding, and curing rubber materials or rubber products.
  • Lay out and prepare rubber materials for assembly.
  • Operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit, and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products.
  • Inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work setting: Processing plant.
  • Security and safety: Criminal record check required.
  • Transportation/travel information: Own transportation.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and fast-paced environment.
