Key Responsibilities- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to our IT team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Project Management: Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our IT inventory, ensuring that all assets are properly tracked, maintained, and disposed of as needed.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our IT processes, procedures, and systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7-9 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong background in Windows 10, Windows 11, Group Policies, Security Compliance, Intune, SCCM/Microsoft Defender.
- Skills: Strong business communication skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English and French is required.
