About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Business Owner to join our team at Loblaws Inc. as a Franchisee of Your Independent Grocer.

As a Franchise Business Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your business, including managing staff, inventory, and finances. You will also be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing a team and driving business growth.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management, inventory management, and sales and marketing.
