Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Business Owner to join our team at Loblaws Inc. As a Franchise Owner, you will be responsible for the overall success of your independent grocery store, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and store maintenance
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and community partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance to make informed business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to ensure the store remains competitive and compliant

Requirements:
