Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
    Support product demonstrations in various medical facilities and provide post-sales assistance to both new and existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to meet objectives and stay informed about market trends and customer needs.
  • Training and Development:
    Contribute to the growth of the sales team by assisting in the creation of training programs and delivering high-quality education to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication:
    Ensure effective communication regarding any issues that may impact service quality or product delivery.
  • Administration:
    Participate in ongoing training and maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices relevant to product handling and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a post-secondary degree in Health Sciences or Respiratory Therapy, along with a minimum of eight years of clinical experience in a hospital setting. Specialized knowledge of medical devices and their applications is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent presentation skills. Fluency in both English and French is advantageous.

Working Conditions:
This position will involve a combination of home office and fieldwork, requiring frequent travel and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and a clear background check are mandatory for this role. Compensation is based on a standard workweek, with additional hours as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
